  • On site at our premises: upon presentation of an identity document. The CNIL specifies that: «You may be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation should last long enough to comfortably take full notes. You may request a copy of the data».

The person in charge of the file will have a maximum of two months to respond as of the date of the request. The CNIL specifies that: « If the request is incomplete (no ID, for example), the person in charge of the file is entitled to request further information:the deadline will then be suspended and will begin again once these elements have been provided ».
